Yeah off the floor wasn't too bad. If I were training PLing I'll definately be worknig rack pulls. I'm just happy to have locked it out. Now I only
have one more lift to PR in and I will have met all my off season goals.

yup still here, I've just been silently monitoring the situations until I had the chance to insert my snappy comments. , how trainging going JJ? I've
had a slack first half of the off season but have been really moving well lately.
