on training this off season? Any new Ideas? I know Greg's got some video's up already.

well simply put, I want to get bigger and Faster, yeah a catch 22 I know, but I'll try it anyway, oh and I'd like to get at least a few months in
without crying like a girl cause my shoulder hurts.
Cmon, guys/gals I know there's more than 2 Canadians that read this board so anyone else actually want to talk/share ideas? |

yeah, I'd say so, how's your goals coming, so far I've had some great pr's in squat, DL, and incline narrow grip pressing.

I've been watching video alot(of good throwers, not me) trying to work on the mental aspect. I also have started with the plyo work, because the weather is
not allowing for outdoor throwing anymore obviously. My goals are to get stronger and faster(I think pretty much like everyone else). I have seen some big
increases in my olympic style lifts so far, which is encouraging for me, because that was a goal I had set at the beginning of the off season and it's to
already see some gains.

I think the biggest thing for me this year will be to strengthen the back. I seemed to have a big problem in that area, especially when it came to caber.
It's going well so far but just getting used to lifting heavy weights with the back alone takes a little getting used to.
