This past Sunday saw Regina host their Highland Games once again. Weather was great for throwing and watching all the events of the day. It was overcast
enough to hide the fact we were getting sun burned, temperatures in the low to mid 20's, and ever so often a welcome breeze.
Classes included open./pro, am's, master, and one youth/junior. As a special treat, a gentleman and his wife were over from Scotland and brought with them a trophy for the heavies voted on by the athletes. Neil Brown was the recipient as he had a career day, hitting PR's, and beating poeple he normally does not all without training.
