I just wanted to make sure nobody is expecting a CSAF AGM at Moncton.... Based on the fact that Calgary is hosting the 1st CSAF Masters Championships there is
some logic to that being our AGM. Timing in season, bring the process back to the West, and a new athlete demograhic (relative to the AGM).
Proposed motions to the AGM will be due by about August 1 to allow proper posting on the forum such that we can honour the yes/no voting format on the motion as written at the AGM (No ammendmanets from the floor) and let folks use their proxy.
